DogDoov Limited trademarks and trade address may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not owned or distributed by DogDoov Limited, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits DogDoov Limited. All other trademarks not owned by DogDoov Limited or its subsidiaries that appear on this website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by DogDoov Limited.

Payment Terms

DogDoov Limited partners with Stripe, PayPal, Apple and other licenced payment providers to facilitate card payments and other payments from customers. The provider and processing time for your payment will vary based on the country in which you're located and the type of card you use. Similarly refund times will be determined by the payment provider used for your original payment.

Discount Codes

If you're given a unique Promo Code that is meant just for you (e.g. a Marketing Promo Code) please keep it secret and don't let anyone else use it or abuse it (e.g. don't post it on social media). If we think there is or has been misuse of a Promo Code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), we will cancel your Promo Code and/or suspend or even close your account without telling you.

Warranty

All DogDoov products come with a 12 month warranty covering manufacturing faults.

By definition, a dog bed will deteriorate with use as time goes on. This deterioration will differ from case to case. Please note that the warranty does not cover issues where:

We determine that the dog bed has deteriorated in line with expected use.
The dog bed has been damaged by clawing damage or chewing damage from the dog.
The dog has fouled the bed.
Colour has faded after multiple washes.

Shipping

We endeavour to ship all products for delivery within 48 hours of order excluding weekends and national holidays. However, deliveries may take up to 5 working days and will be made between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You will receive an email confirming when you item has been dispatched.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from DogDoov Limited are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Information Accuracy

We do our best to ensure that information on the DogDoov website is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products on the site are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours. However, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.

Damaged Goods

If for any reason your order arrives damaged, please send an email to [email protected].

We ask that you attach images of the damage to the product and outer shipping box, which enables us to see exactly what the problem is. We will then endeavour to replace any broken, damaged or missing item as quickly as possible, or accept a return for a full refund.

Please do not assemble, fill, or use a product that is damaged. By using the product, you assume the damage is acceptable and are no longer eligible to return it.

Returns & Refunds

If you have ordered a product by mistake or wish to return an unopened item, a refund for the purchase price will be issued along with the original delivery charge.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
Items must be in their original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. Items judged not to be in this condition may be subject to a restocking fee of £6.00.
You must provide proof of purchase, either in the form of verifiable information we can check against our records or an electronic order confirmation.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of the return process. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that any refunds will take between 5-10 business days.

If you wish for DogDoov to arrange a collection, we will refund the purchase price and original delivery cost, but will deduct an amount to cover the cost of shipping:

Products weighing a total of less than 10kg     £5.00
Products weighing a total of between 10kg and 25kg    £10.00

Reviews, Comments, Emails and Other Content

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. DogDoov Limited reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant DogDoov Limited and its associates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant DogDoov Limited and its associates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post: that the content is accurate: that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity: and that you will indemnify DogDoov Limited or its associates for all claims resulting from content you supply. Applicable Law

By visiting DogDoov.com, you agree that the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and DogDoov Limited or its associates.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to DogDoov Limited or to products you purchase through DogDoov Limited shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the United Kingdom, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate DogDoov Limited intellectual property rights, DogDoov Limited may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any county or court in the country of the United Kingdom, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
